We want shipping and returns to be stress free. If there is an issue or problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly customer service, either by email, chat, or phone call (phone number found HERE).
Orders over $300 (US) are eligible for free shipping to any of the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. Alaska and Hawaii may be eligible, but we ask that you contact us to find out what shipping deals we can accommodate (We are sorry for this. We LOVE those states, but shipping is a bit more challenging to them).
Orders under $300 are charged for shipping. Tracking is always used and orders are always delivered in a timely manner (unless you are notified the item is on backorder).
Orders outside of the 48 contiguous states that include Alaska and Hawaii as well as international can be offered competitive rates that will be given upon request.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 - 7 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 2 - 7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 48 hours of your order feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stress Free Returns
We prioritize your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product you ordered from us, you may return it for an Audio Leaders online store credit, or exchange it for another product (of equal or lesser value). The difference in price from the original purchase (minus possible shipping charges) will be issued to your original credit card used to purchase the item. These returns should be within 15 days. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit.
Products may be returned within 15 business days of receipt without restocking charge, (only if the original manufacturer's packaging is unopened and undamaged). If the package has been opened a minimum restocking charge of 20% or $15.00, whichever is greater, will be charged. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will increase the restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to the manufacturer on returns, (items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns). Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, opened software, ear-phones, or on bids and contracts.
Returns must have an Return Authorization (RA) number. Customer service will be able to help you with obtaining this. We can help provide manufacturer contact information or work with supplier (depending on the brand).We will help direct you! Without an RA number, the package may be refused. An RA number helps us to properly identify the product's origin and reason for being returned. Please call us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damages you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be in writing. All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Audio Leaders itself gives no warranty, expressed or implied, including those relating to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties are with the manufacturer.
